Creative Arts Opportunities at Brightmoor Christian Church
|
The Choir at Brightmoor is a powerful ministry. The choir presents selections from a variety of musical styles. They minister regularly in Sunday service, and present concerts and special music for other events through the year. Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings at 7:00 P.M. Praise singers and ensembles are also a part of the Choir ministry. A simple audition is required to join.

THE WORSHIP TEAM
The Brightmoor Praise Team is a group of instrumentalists and singers who lead the congregation in worship and accompany our choir. They minister during services and rehearse weekly. Auditions required for membership. Specific abilities are required for participation in this team. |
DRAMA TEAM & PRODUCTIONS
The Drama Team is a group of actors who minister in Sunday services presenting “Human Videos” and other types of drama. Rehearsals are scheduled as needed. Our production ministry involves every aspect of musical theater. Those gifted in these areas are encouraged to participate.

CHILDREN’S CHOIRS
The children’s choirs are full of boys and girls with an energetic desire to sing for the Lord. They rehearse the 2nd and 4th Sunday evenings and present several music events per year. The Cherub Choir is for the little ones, age four through grade 1. The older boys and girls make up the Kingdom Kid’s Choir, grades 2-6. |

TECHNICAL SUPPORT MINISTRIES
This is an extremely important area of ministry because it involves hearing and seeing the Gospel message. This also involves audio and video recording of the services and editing. Great candidates for this ministry have an ear for balance in sound and music or a creative eye for lighting and video. If you like to watch TV, you might like to be involved in this ministry. |
